Todd helps his clients put forth an aggressive and realistic defense to mitigate exposures in workers’ compensation, general casualty/civil insurance defense, and subrogation matters. Todd has 23 years of litigation experience representing carriers, employers, self-insured entities, and surplus lines.

Todd is extremely experienced handling pre-litigation issues and guiding clients through investigation of claims and developing facts and defenses to protect his clients. He is further experienced civil litigation through trial as well as representing subrogation interests for workers’ compensation benefit recovery as well as civil subrogation matters. He is seasoned in the Appellate process. Todd provides counsel on matters involving occupational insurance coverage and exposure issues.  Todd is a frequent presenter on workers’ compensation-related matters for clients and professional organizations.

Todd is a graduate of Morehead State University and Ohio Northern University’s Law School.  Outside the office, he has competed in numerous triathlons. He is a supporter of the visual arts and historical sites of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States. He is a sponsor of multiple community and children’s charities.
