With over twelve years of litigation experience, Jayme represents insurance carriers and employers in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, and general casualty/civil insurance defense, including defense of car accident and slip-and-fall bodily injury cases, among various other matters including defense of UM and UIM claims. She is licensed in Kentucky and in Indiana and is a cum laude graduate of Bryn Mawr College and the University of Pittsburg Law School where she received the Dean’s Academic Merit Scholarship.
Jayme has handled hundreds of workers’ compensation cases from start to finish and has handled hundreds of civil bodily injury cases as well. She has tried civil cases in front of juries in two states. She was named one of Louisville’s top Workers’ Compensation Lawyers in 2013 by Louisville Magazine.
