Thomas C. Walsh
Prior to becoming an attorney, Thomas served as Staff Sergeant in the Kentucky Air National Guard. During his service he deployed to Afghanistan in support of both Operation Enduring Freedom. He also took a tour of duty in support of Operation Coronet Oak. Following his military service, Thomas pursued a career in Law, but he uses the skills he acquired in the Armed Forces to offer a fresh perspective to litigation. He has found the experiences he gained in the military to be an invaluable asset when protecting his clients..
After Graduating from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, Thomas began practicing as a plaintiff’s attorney. In 2017, he changed his focus to representing both people and corporations in civil defense litigation. Thomas’ current focuses include defending premises liability, motor vehicle collision, and workman’s compensation claims.
